Why is that females are so much harder on each other than males are? We are so quick to judge each other and point out every flaw we see. In this century men refer to women as thots (that hoe over there) and we pick up the slang not realizing that we are tearing each other up. Men stick together no matter what, they are always backing each other.
Women on the other hand always seem to be tearing each other down. Khloe Kardashian made a good point in her tweet the other day, let's build each other up not tear each other down. We are so quick to judge someone's situation and talk about what they should do. How about we encourage them!
In order to empower yourself and others is to be positive, encourage women, and advice them. We have to stick together as women, we don't need to be so hard on ourselves and each other. Build each other up, don't tear down.
